Zef Labs games: Dogudoku, Hoopsy, Zonga
Something not working, or a question about one of our games? Email us at hello@zeflabs.co and we’ll get back to you. It helps to include your device model, your iOS or Android version, and what happened.
Dogudoku
How do I play?
Place one dog in every row, every column and every color region, with no two dogs touching, not even diagonally. Double-tap a cell to place a dog, tap to mark a cell with an X, and drag to mark several. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and it can always be found by logic, without guessing.
What happens when I make a mistake?
A dog placed where it can’t go costs a heart. You have three hearts per level; lose them all and the level starts again.
How do the boosters work?
Hint shows the next step and explains why it’s true. Reveal places the next dog for you. You get more by winning: while you have fewer than three of a booster, every third win opens a gift with a new one.
When does the daily puzzle change?
At midnight, your local time. Everyone plays the same puzzle on the same day. Solve it on consecutive days to build your streak; missing a day starts the streak over.
Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone. There is no account, so your progress isn’t stored on our servers. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and it is not moved automatically to a new device unless you restore your iPhone from a backup.
How do I turn off the music, sounds or vibration?
Tap the gear icon on the home screen or during a level. Music and sound effects each have their own volume slider, and vibration has its own switch.
What data does the game collect?
A small amount of information, tied to an anonymous ID and never to your name or email, to fix problems and improve the game. There are no ads and nothing to buy. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Hoopsy: Free the Rings
How do I play?
The rings on the board are clipped to each other. Drag a ring to turn it: once its gap slips past a clip, the clip lets go. A ring that is free of everything holding it pops off the board, and clearing the board wins the level. Drag a bar to slide it out of its guide. Every level can be solved by looking and thinking, never by luck.
What if I get stuck?
Some moves can’t be undone: a bomb bursts whatever it touches, so a level can end up unfinishable. The game tells you when that happens: tap the message to start the level again. You can also restart at any time from the gear icon.
How do the boosters work?
The Firework (from level 13) clears a piece at random. The Hammer (from level 16) smashes the piece you tap. The first use of each is free. You get more by winning: while you have fewer than three of a booster, every third win opens a gift with a new one.
Where is my progress saved?
On your phone. If you leave in the middle of a level, you pick up where you left off. There is no account, so your progress isn’t stored on our servers. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and it is not moved automatically to a new device unless you restore your phone from a backup.
How do I turn off the sounds or vibration?
Tap the gear icon on the home screen or during a level. Sound and music each have their own volume slider, and vibration has its own switch.

Zonga: Feed the Zomblings
How do I play?
A conga line of hungry Zomblings dances down the street toward Nana’s door. Tap a van in the parking lot to send it to a spot on the curb, where it throws pies at the Zomblings of its own color as they pass. Each van has a pie for every seat, and drives off when they are all thrown. Feed every Zombling before the line reaches the door to win. A van can only leave the lot if nothing blocks its way out, so plan which one to tap first.
What if I lose a level?
You can try it again as many times as you like; each try deals a fresh mix. When the line reaches the door you can also Keep going, for coins or by watching a short video: the door is mended, the line goes back to the start and one more curb spot opens.
How do the boosters work?
Extra Spot (from level 3) opens one more spot on the curb. Sinkhole (from level 5) drops the van you tap, and the vans around it, into a hole, and their pies are served. Do Over (from level 7) sends the line back to the start with a fresh mix. Sunshine (from level 9) burns off the fog, so the vans can throw anywhere for 30 seconds. The first use of each is free. After that, tap a booster’s green + to buy a use with coins, or watch a short video for one.
How do I get coins?
By winning levels (more on your first try, and double on hard levels), from the daily tasks and their chests, from the free gift in the shop once a day, and by watching a short video for coins in the shop. You can also buy coins in the shop.
I bought something, but it didn’t arrive
Close the game completely and open it again: a purchase that was interrupted is finished when the game starts. The Starter Bundle can be restored with Restore purchases in the settings (the gear icon), for example on a new phone. Coins aren’t restored, because they are saved on your phone, not on our servers. If something is still missing, email us with the date and the store’s receipt. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

What data does the game collect? What about ads?
A small amount of information, tied to an anonymous ID and never to your name or email, to fix problems and improve the game. Zonga shows only ads you choose to watch for a reward, served by Google AdMob. On iPhone you are asked before ads may track you; in Europe you are asked for consent, and you can change it under Privacy choices in the settings. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
